The Original series. ~Concept~ Bearing Notebook's earliest origins are rooted in an honest approach to manufacturing an object, which focuses on its purpose of creation and functionality. Stepping back and taking a deep breath from our present-day overdesigned and over-reasoning technological manufacturing, we are using natural materials and limited manually operated machines, stripping down the notebooks' over-reasoning in design. Feeling the natural materials and taking the function design back to basics, the sense of peace relates to our earliest spiritual origins. The Original series starts with the beginning. ~Design~ We are inspired by old genuine work, natural feel, and the real meaning of old vintage signs and what they use to represent and signify in their present times. With the unmistakable recognition of printing old signs that used to express the pride and hard work behind the name, we are following the trend and inspiration in building our own, one step at a time, for the long journey that lies ahead. The Original series builds a new tradition.
